Bigoli is our signature pasta, this time we combined it with our organic basil pesto. For our pesto sauce we use Mediterranean pine-nuts, Vessalico garlic cloves, Ligurian extra virgin olive oil, coarse sea salt and two types of cheese, aged Parmesan and Pecorino from Sardinia. We use the best sourced ingredient to ensure our pesto has a velvety consistency and the most vibrant green colour.
